NICHT BESTANDEN!


This evening, i was exciting baking a chocolate cake. It was an improved chocolate cake compared to the previous that was more to coco cake. What was different between these two cakes is, this time i really used cake coco powder compared to last time. The cake i baked last time, i just used coco powder that is normally for drink. Hahhaha..what a funny. No wonder my cake looked very light in brown. Unlike the picture in Hanieliza fotopages, very the very black one...! mcm negro tu ma...


Ait..apsal tetiba ckp englisch nih? Nih sbb gara2 tgk movie englisch la ni. Best tol dpt tgk movie englisch. Sbb dh lama tak tgk movie. Mcm tgk wayang la.. boring tgk tv, syik2 bhs german..syik2 bhs german. Bhs german i dh la cangkul je. Huhuuh..


Ok la back to the topic! Kek dh kire lulus la tuh. Sbb dh 2x wat praktikal. Hehehhe.. however, all depends upon the decoration on the cake. That is the beauty of a cake. The deco was totally failed. That was i meant as ‘nicht bestanden!’ in deutsch.


Help me kak dina..! I did as what u have taught me. All went so good with the mixture but after i stopped the mixer and did the decoration, something was wrong. i divided the whipped cream into 2 sections for difference colours. I used 1st mixture to decorate all over the cake and left another mixture undisturbed. But, when i wanted to use another mixture, the whipped cream turned into very liquid cream. So i tried to mix again over and over again with mixer for a few minutes. But all just in vain! It became more liquid and absolutely it could flow..!!

What was wrong kak dina? Was that because i didn’t use sahnefest? I think that is the answer because my whipped cream was unlike urs.


One more thing.. which one is more suitable? Mixing with hand (manually) or mixing with mixer machine?


So, after i did the deco, i just put in the fridge because i couldn’t face it any longer. Let the fridge make the sahne firm without sahnefest! Huh!!!!!

Erin, akak pon not sure your cream cair because x taruk sahnefest.. because kalo ikut resepi kat internet.. mmg xde taruk pon.. akak jer yg menambah..

hm..maybe after this..utk mengurangkan 'kecairan' cream tu.. lepas divide terus masukkan..yg x digunakan ke dalam fridge..

settlekan sapu rata atas kek.. baru keluarkan yg lebih utk decorate.. then simpan balik dlm fridge..

lg satu, mana yg lg ok samada manual atau guna mixer.. das kan ich nicht genau sagen..weil beide vorteilen und nachteilen haben.. biasanya chef2 prefer manually.. as for me.. i prefer..mixer.. cepat siap and x penat :P.. hehe..

Kak dina - kalo cmtuh, kene practice buat lagi la schlagsahne ni. kali ni nk cari sahnefest.

izan - seronok buat sbb nk tgk hasilnye. tp bile hasil tak memuaskn.. maka jadi :-( huhuhuh

uji - biasanye 90% erin masak masakn msia je. sbb mknan kt cni yg simple mimple mcm roti, salad, kebap, half chicken main beli je. atau kami mkn kt restoran je. gmbr2 mknan kt cni ada dlm previous blog. check it out. mskan german yg canggih manggih tatau sbb xder org nk ajar. tp erin penah buat grilled honey chicken dlm tajuk - menu org sakit-. itu salah satu resepi sini la... yg lain spt spagetti, macaroni dan sewaktu dgnnye pnh jugak buat tp just buat goreng dan buat kuah tomato spagetti. tuh je..
