This evening, i was exciting baking a chocolate cake. It was an improved chocolate cake compared to the previous that was more to coco cake. What was different between these two cakes is, this time i really used cake coco powder compared to last time. The cake i baked last time, i just used coco powder that is normally for drink. Hahhaha..what a funny. No wonder my cake looked very light in brown. Unlike the picture in Hanieliza fotopages, very the very black one...! mcm negro tu ma...

Ok la back to the topic! Kek dh kire lulus la tuh. Sbb dh 2x wat praktikal. Hehehhe.. however, all depends upon the decoration on the cake. That is the beauty of a cake. The deco was totally failed. That was i meant as ‘nicht bestanden!’ in deutsch.
Help me kak dina..! I did as what u have taught me. All went so good with the mixture but after i stopped the mixer and did the decoration, something was wrong. i divided the whipped cream into 2 sections for difference colours. I used 1st mixture to decorate all over the cake and left another mixture undisturbed. But, when i wanted to use another mixture, the whipped cream turned into very liquid cream. So i tried to mix again over and over again with mixer for a few minutes. But all just in vain! It became more liquid and absolutely it could flow..!!

What was wrong kak dina? Was that because i didn’t use sahnefest? I think that is the answer because my whipped cream was unlike urs.
One more thing.. which one is more suitable? Mixing with hand (manually) or mixing with mixer machine?
So, after i did the deco, i just put in the fridge because i couldn’t face it any longer. Let the fridge make the sahne firm without sahnefest! Huh!!!!!
